Is this an MBA?

No. The C-Accelerator is an executive-level program and MBA precursor, focused on practical leadership, strategic thinking and C-Suite readiness. It can complement or pave the way for a future MBA or DBA, but is designed to be completed alongside full-time work.

How much time off work is required?

The program is designed as a blended journey over 3 months, with carefully scheduled learning days. Most organisations structure participation as part of leadership development rather than full-time study, so leaders can apply what they learn directly back into the business.

Can we send a group rather than individuals?
